A mould that loses spring force starts flashing and short-shooting. We supply rectangular-section die springs, Belleville disc stacks and ejector return springs in chrome silicon and spring steel, pre-set so the load at working height stays inside tolerance across hundreds of thousands of cycles.

Die springs relax under constant partial compression, quietly shifting the ejection force away from spec.
Tight pocket dimensions
Die springs sit in machined pockets, so outer diameter and solid height have no room to drift.
